Good quality, not so one size fits all. the hinges either hit you right or they don't. mine don't, but the quality is excellent, the straps and velcro nice and adjustable, stability good, just hit me in a bad spot. luckily I bought mine at a thrift store for $3. Also I usually take a large in a neoprene sleeve, but this medium fits fine, a large would be too slack for me.
