Insoles are one of those individual fit items. The orange Archmolds fit my individual feet perfectly. I've tried the other major brands, and these work best for me. Half length insoles don't do it for me. The orange are just the right thickness, so my foot isn't cramped. I've found that other insoles are too thick to replace regular factory insoles, thus making them unwearable unless you buy shoes extra big. I wear these for recovery and for when I've taxed my dogs too much from barefooting. Originally, they helped me recover from plantar fasciitis.

I love this stuff. I have IBS and I use this before every meal and feel so much better after I eat. Evan if I get a little bloated it dissipates quickly. I don't put it in water I put it directly on the back of my tong as suggested on the Dr. Oz show. Consuming that way starts the liver working faster. It tastes bad so eat something right a way but it works great. Best thing I ever tried for my IBS.

I had read a great many things about tamanu oil, that it was beneficial to the skin as a topical treatment. From treating extreme cracked skin, psoriasis, dandruff, eczema, acne, rashes and other skin issues, this unassuming one ounce bottle offers quite a punch. I have skin that scars easily. One scratch and the scar lasts for many, many months. Last summer, I got a scar on my knee from playing volleyball with my kids. It was the ugliest, darkest spot. I have used many treatments, including a jar of prescription strength hydroquinone (4 percent) that was anything but cost-effective at $70. I was hesitant to try tamanu, as my research on the product suggested that anyone with a nut allergy may want to consider the possibility of negative side effects--tamanu oil comes from the tamanu nut apparently. I have a slight allergy to certain oily nuts. I have been using tamanu oil on my scars for the past two months to my satisfaction--no allergic reactions. It's been so helpful. While my scars haven't miraculous disappeared, they have lightened quite a bit. I would say this oil has been as effective or more than my rx. I also have used this on slight scarring from ongoing velaluxe treatments (an expected side effect) and those scars are now so faint and unnoticeable. The one thing that tamanu doesn't tout is a pleasant smell. It has a very earthy scent. I use on my face sparingly because I'm not a fan of the smell.

Avalon Organics Lavender Nourishing Conditioner, 11 Ounce -- 6 per case. Review

I want to make sure no one else goes through what I went through with this conditioner. That may sound dramatic, but any woman that has nice hair and like to take good care of it will understand.

I posted a similar review for the shampoo, FYI.

About 3 yrs ago I started making changes in my life for more green, eco-friendly, better for my body choices. I have always been on the healthier side of life, maintaining a good diet, regular exercise for 20+ yrs, and keeping my weight stable, never fluctuating. I started making sure, however, that the foods my family ate were as organic as possible, same with meat, etc. I finally made the switch to organic soaps and body care products.

The large pump size of Avalon Organics lavender shampoo & conditioner went on sale at my Whole Foods, normally $20, half off, so I thought it would be a better choice for me & my family. That was 2 yrs ago at 41. I had healthy, long, strong blond hair, no complaints.

Whole Foods would have good sales or good coupons for it so for the price, $10-$15 for these large pump sizes, I figured I was winning out.

As time progressed, my hair became dry & brittle. Started thinning. We were going through some stress with our daughter's health (if you read my other reviews, you will know understand) so I attributed it to that. But I still maintained a healthy diet, stable weight, etc. Took supplements like biotin, alpha lipoic acid, folic acid, magnesium, etc. I juice organic produce as well. My hair just got dryer and more brittle. Hard to comb through after washing, hard to blow dry.

I was all right with some thinning because my hair had always been quite thick, and I know some thinning with age is inevitable, so I expected some of it.

My daughter would use it, too, and complain about how hard it was to comb through.

My hairdresser of 5 yrs noticed as well. She remarked how dry my hair had become. It was like straw, lifeless, no movement. I do not know why I didn't put it all together. I think I thought that because it was organic, it couldn't have been the shampoo & conditioner. Over the course of 2 yrs I also had my physicals, I mentioned my hair issues to my dr so she did thyroid tests, blood tests, etc. Nope, all normal.

I light bulb finally went off in my head. I thought, I will go check other Amazon reviews. I read other woman have had negative results with it as well.

So I stopped using it. Went back to my fave old chemical laden standby of Biolage Matrix conditioning shampoo & balm. Oh. My. Goodness. The difference.

It isn't like my hair is 100% back to where it used to be, but it has improved so much that I now know all this hair grief was caused by this shampoo & conditioner. My hair now has shine and movement again. Easy to comb, easy to blow dry. My husband can run his hand through my hair again. It will take time to repair the damage but at least I know I am on the right track.

Yes, I am using a shampoo & conditioner that conflicts with my wanting to be organic in every way I can. But I also really hated what it did to my hair, so I will compromise my morals here while I figure it all out.

Amazon needs a negative star option for the awful stuff. Stay away from this conditioner!!

We've tried a lot of diaper creams (organic and not), and Avalon seems to be the best for our kiddo's sensitive skin. This is not just coming from me, but our 19 month old who will voice "Owie" when we use other creams on her diaper rash (even California Baby--though we love using their diaper spray).
