I've been using this product for a few months and love it. Check the prices and products closely because there are large fluctuations in price and products.

I had been experiencing some sleeping issues and a friend suggested this. The first night I slept almost 13 hours! Since then I have been getting around six or seven. That's an improvement, although I would love to get seven or eight. This doesn't make me drowsy, it isn't supposed to. I believe it helps to relax and sleep more soundly. I certainly did that the first night.

The raspberry lemon flavor tastes fine. It is a little tart, but I don't mind it at all.

I gradually increased my intake of this product, heeding the laxative warnings. My friend had me so scared that I wondered if I should drink this only WHILE sitting on the toilet. Suffice it to say, I've had no problems or public humiliations from this product -- so far. I have reached the full dose and nothing noteworthy has occurred. Although, there was nothing noteworthy going on before I began using this. It may react differently for you. It is worth remembering that the doctor will prescribe those nasty tasting bottles of Magnesium Citrate liquid from the drug store to "clean you out" before any type of colonoscopy. This is a magnesium citrate product, but presumably a much lower dose.

This product seems to be helping with my sleep problems. We have a relatively healthy diet in our home, only partaking of the S.A.D. when dining out. As a result, I believe that we may be getting close to our required magnesium through diet. But because those levels are impossible to measure, this product is an insurance policy.
