So the product itself is great. 5mg is a lot for me since 1 mg of melatonin is enough to help me fall asleep but this does the job well if I'm not feeling sleepy
and am willing to give me self over 6.5 hrs of sleep (since this product is time release).
As for the issues, as a previous reviewer has stated, I also received only 1 bottle of the melatonin even though it's advertised as a package of 2. I contacted amazon the issue was resolved quite promptly. So not a perfect experience but good product and good service.
