The one nice thing about Ulpan Ivrit 3 (English version) is the detail in the explanations of the grammar. In addition to explaining the grammar, it often gives you some background information. It is not the typical droll do this, or do that publication. They actually make it interesting, at least to me. The only criticism I can find, and it is really minor - the topics are not in the same order as the Ulpan Ivrit 1 book. However, there is a detailed index arranged both by topic and lesson number in the first pages of the book. The information is given in Hebrew on the right pages, and in English on the left facing pages.
