I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried Pure Calm. Not only does it work as it claims to, but it does so in a short period of time. I take exactly 20 drops in water and within 5 mins. I am feeling very relaxed. If I repeat the process, I am guaranteed a very sound sleep, so I only take Pure Calm at night.

Recently I was visiting with my grandfather (whom has dementia) and he became very agitated watching something on TV.
