I bought this product as a night time and pre-wrokout snack, so far I cannot say if I'm getting results or not since I've only used it for a week, but looking for reviews elsewhere I found out that most people hate the taste of this product. In my opinion this tastes just fine, but if you don't like the taste just throw some pineaple, Hersheys chocolate or other fruits and you'll probably do just fine. Also make sure you mix on a blender with enough or more than enough liquid since this product is hard to mix and it's a little thick. USE BLENDER!!!

On the other hand, most of the reviews on the effectiveness of this product appear to agree on that it works great on muscle growth.

Overall, this is a great product as long as you can bare the taste, which for me is no problem, but taste is an individual preference :)
