We used Pampers swaddlers and cruisers for our daughters first 17 months of life. We just recently tried these, they fit perfect (She was a size 6 in Pampers and size 6 in Seventh Generation is great as well)! She doesn't leak (she always leaked with pampers, especially through the night). She also used to get discolored patches where the pampers would rub on her skin (she has very sensitive skin) and the patches have almost disappeared after using Seventh Generation's diapers. These diapers aren't overly soft, I believe it is the lack of chemicals that has allowed my daughters skin to go back to normal. The price is very similar to Pampers, but you get about 10-12 less diapers per case. I am willing to settle for this, as I am probably saving money from doing extra laundry every morning :)

We love Seventh Generation products!! We use most all of their cleaning products to clean our home, and I am grateful that our daughter can benefit from another one of their products!!
