I am currently training for a half marathon and I suffer from Migraines. During any of my runs that last longer than 30 minutes or so, I would get these horrible migranes that would take me down till at least the next day. I drink water throughout the run and I mix it with Gatorade to help replenish electrolytes. That didn't work. I tried many things, and someone reccommended I try Accel Gel. This is a great product. I bring these out with me and take it through my long runs and the migraines have been conquered. I've tried the chocolate and vanilla. Chocolate has caffeine and vanilla does not. It depends on your preference. I enjoyed both. Great product all around and since it helped me get control of migraines during runs, I LOVE it.
