The Good: I currently own 4 stethoscopes, and I must say that after buying this one 2 years ago, I have fallen in love with it. It comes with a lot of interchangeable ear pieces (more than any of the other 3 stethoscopes I've bought) for different sized ears and different levels of comfort, and different looks. The sensitivity is so much better than the Littmann I use, and the gold plated parts make it look very professional.

The Bad: Since it's a sprague type stethoscope, the head is a little heavy, which tires out my neck after wearing it for a while. Also, it comes with a really, really nice bag...but, it's quite large.

So, in all, this was definitely the best $50 ever spent on a stethoscope.
