These Abri-Flex Special are the MOST COMFORTABLE absorbent underwear I have tried thus far, and I have tried many brands of pull-ons. I found these Abri-Flex pull-ons to be light-to-medium absorbency, pretty much as the company claims. I pleasantly noticed the pant held up very nice considering my higher-than-normal level of activity/mobility the day I tried one on.

I felt more confident when going out: I knew no one could tell I was wearing my "absorbent product". The little legs looked just like they product picture on the KCK Medical website. This brief felt so nice; softer than regular underwear, and I felt more composed than if I had gone about my errands in a diaper.

I have to say these Abri-Flex Specials truly get my "rave review" because of the fit and the feel and they truly are perfect for what they will be needed for. How they make a waistband in a disposable product that smooth and yet effective, well, they never slipped down at all. This is truly a form-fitting pant/panty.

OK, just two minor things - One: the price tag, these cost a bit more than many other well known national brands. Two: you may feel some moisture, when "pee happens". I think I felt moisture because this panty is so form-fitting.

Now, taking that into consideration, the pantie will easily last hours without the material breaking down and bunching up in the tush - exactly where you don't want it, which is a concern of mine when I'm stuck wearing the same disposable product for a few hours. I was happy this underwear is quality and held up nicely as long as I wore it.

Now that being said, these Abri-Flex Specials are a superior product I will want to purchase more of as I highly recommend these to anyone that needs light and medium protection, all laced into an incredibly soft and comfortable top-of-the-line five-star product.
