I was very diappointed with this company. They sent the wrong product. It was difficult trying to get them to give me a refund. Finally Amazon took care of the problem and issued a refund. Then I had a problem with returning the incorrect item to them. They gave me an address and I was supposed to pay the fee to return the item. Again, I contacted them and told them that they needed to send me a prepaid label, which I had requested previously ; Finally they did and the item is now in the mail to them. Amazon has always been fair with me. This company wasn't fair to me. Last of all, today I received an e-mail telling me : "As you know a full refund was issued. Please delete the negative feedback as I feel it is unwarranted. We acted quickly and in a professional manor to satisfy you."
