My husband is a big guy (6'8", 300 lbs.) and drives truck, so he needed something to ease the pain in his tailbone that would last. This product does just that. Naturally, I had to purchase the largest one, but they have many sizes and thicknesses to choose from to suit your particular body size. Also, this cushion is not on a slope like many of them are, which I've heard may make the problem worse. This works perfectly-even for bigger people and that's hard to find!
