this hair is ok...its soft to the touch and it does look natural except for all the grays i had to pick out....the hair length varys in the pack each strand is not the same length(contacted the seller about it and they did not respond) i ordered 2 - 16" packs...the hair does shed alot whether dry or wet....the wefts on my hair were hard to the stylist get through to install the hair...
