But, not all types of compression are the same.Proven to Reduce InjuryShin Splints: Reduces vibration, increase oxygen and promotes healing.Calf Cramps: Increases oxygen to optimize muscles, removes lactic acid.Achilles Issues: Increases oxygen to the Achilles; padding prevents damage.Pulled Muscles: Increases blood flow to increase warmth in the muscles.Traveling Issues: Graduated compression prevents venous reflux and pooling.CEP Outdoor Compression Socks - Grey (III) Review
They are a little pricey, but after trying about six other well known brands I find these to be the best for me. They are relatively easy to get on and off, provide support in all the nooks and crannies in your feet and ankles and are not too tight at the top. They are little heavy for summer wear, but there is a tradeoff in support if you go with something thinner. Seem to be durable, I rotate through about 6 pair that I had for a little over a year. Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "CEP Outdoor Compression Socks - Grey (III)" are high quality item.
