This supplement was recommended to me by my gyno/oncologist to combat the HPV virus (this virus leads to high grade cervical dysplasia and cervical cancer as well as other serious cancers). It is very absorbable at a predictable rate, and the 150 mg version requires fewer pills to swallow for a daily dosage (an issue for me). Not the cheapest, but I think the best.
