I did the 7 day trial Kayani and now I'm doing Alaskan Gathering's Alaskan Wild Blueberry Extract. The extract is a lot cheaper if you are on a budget. The kayani 7 day trial is about 25-30 dollars depending on the distributor. So far AG's extract is GREAT COMPETITION for a lot less and I started yesterday as soon as I got it. I have a lot of energy, no sinus issues today, internal issues have subsided this morning.
